American Apparel Files For Bankruptcy

Following a string of controversies including former CEO Dov Charney’s alleged sexual harassment of employees and the public’s negative reaction to ads that sexualized young women, clothing giant American Apparel has filed for bankruptcy but will continue to operate their stores and attempt to reduce their $135 million debt.
